Chantalle co-founded The RACA Group in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial platform.
Prior to starting The RACA Group, she worked at Bellwether, leading a $12.4B industrial portfolio spanning 21M square feet across the United States. Chantalle also spent three years in the Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield where she specialized in the analysis, lease-up and disposition of industrial buildings, adaptive re-use investments, and entitled mixed-use development sites.
Chantalle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. She also received her Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California, Price School of Public Policy.

Ray manages The RACA Group’s residential platform, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, asset management, and portfolio strategy. At The RACA Group, Ray focuses on multifamily projects, ground-up residential development, and transforming underutilized or distressed homes.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Ray worked at JPMorganChase for nearly a decade, where he oversaw $100M+ in redevelopment partnerships, managed a $250M pipeline of office and retail dispositions, and contributed to the redevelopment of 270 Park Avenue, 250 Park Ave, and 383 Madison. He also served on the owner’s team for The Setai’s first condominium development in New York City.
Ray holds a Master of Public Health in Management from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University.
